Civil Protest

During the start of the Spring Donor Drive, the gargantuan Machina Discerna Foundation humanitarian effort was disrupted by police error and unlawful response by a judge in a county court. Only a single $100 was received.

The Summer Donation Drive was equally disappointing with only $150 in donations, yet the civic abuse escalated, with summer concluding an egregious 6th Amendment Rights violation, identified misconduct amongst 5 separate parties within the justice system and local civic administration, and continued unfair plight by force.

🙏 March 23rd, 2025 Update: I remain a legal resident of Washington, yet I have become "homeless" again for the third time in 6 years. I am currently in a tent and have access to a kitchen and a bathroom. I am still receiving foodstamps. I receive spiritual alms for my basic living expenses totaling $250/mo. I need emergency dental care. I need a permanent bedroom and a distraction-free space to work. The going rate in my area is $2000/mo. Please donate.

🙏 April 8th, 2025 Update: Total donations to date: $0. I was in the tent on the back deck for a week, but the individual who moved into the bedroom moved out suddenly, so I've been back in the bedroom for the last week. Days ago, I received news the apartment will not be re-leased (it's one of only a few units at Madison that hasn't been renovated over the last 4 years. The leasee who had lived here for 20 years has been holding out on the reno to keep the rent low, and the office chose not to extend). Occupancy lasts through the end of July. I'm currently need of an emergency $300 today (for survival).

🙏 May 28th, 2025 Update: The site was down May 5th to May 28th, I was in jail for two weeks as a consequence of both a negligent mistake by my attorney, and an error by the court, the cops stole $45 from (same as the cost keep the site up), I'm heading toward a compensatory event (or several), it's taking forever, I've been homeless for 10 days, I had food poisoning two nights ago, while being homeless (which is like getting double or triple food poisoning), and 9 years of idiocracy is coming to a head slower than a Napster download. 🙏 July 5th, 2025 Update: A $100 donation came in the final week of the "Spring Donor Drive" and a $150 donation came in the second week of the "Summer Donor Drive"! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU DEAR DONORS!!! I slept on park benches for 38 days since May 13th 2025, and I am now going to 2 different food banks twice a month (limit) to supplament what EBT does not cover. (It's more expensive to survive not having refrigeration or the ability to cook food.)

🙏 Jul 14th, 2025 Update: 3 of the 4 charges were dropped so far, and the 4th charge cannot be dropped until Aug. 4th (the date of the jury call- due to the Prosecutor playing Tom & Jerry with my attorney). It's categorically soft fascism, and overtly adjacent to illegal conscription and illicit use for the purpose of seditious conspiracy, as there is a second bond yet to be exonerated, and the consequences surrounding the charge are so very deeply coated with negligence spanning 9 years, within 7 designated outlets, all enabling the civic/police/admin shuffle post-2016-police-report I filed; repeatedly documented on my individual Facebook profile over the last 3 years, 8 months - if you care to indulge, look there. GOOD NEWS: I've been graciously sponsored by a donor into a string of Air Bnb stays for the last two weeks, and I'm blessed to have just reserved for 1 week more; so off the streets and sleepless nights on park benches, healing and having time for work. (The "2025 Q2 States' Sovereignty Report" will be available for download in the 'Essays' section tomorrow.) "Homelessness sleeping outdoors" peaked at 41 out of 50 days, from May 13th to July 3rd. Thirteen culprits would be named by media expose standards, each of which who would be left in attempt to make me the guilty party until their red-faced "you made your bed" hate levee ran out of force and stopped receiving economy favor. One everyone abandoned hope and they were called to the carpet for the skeletons in their closet, you'd see how Washington trail slug justice really works, but until then your imagination probably isn't far off. I say back to Inidiana for all of them, with their leather helmets, where they can play Rudy without the slug pace, far away from our high-tech high-speed Shangri-la.

🙏 Sept. 22nd, 2025 Update: These notes from the Donor Drive page are now hosted on this new about/civil-protest page, and will be updated periodically. The case(s) mentioned are still being delayed, now until Oct. 20th with an already 60+ day speedy trial violation by the court. Trial now delayed until November, with 5 unnecessary court appearances ALREADY, and by the trial date since the clock began running on April 29th, 2025, it will have been more than 220 days! The case will NEVER pass a jury for a guilty verdict on account of the error, misconduct, and negligence, surrounding the 5 complicit parties in the 6th Amendment rights violation. Malfeasons are abundant and corporate executions are in record numbers. I will not be a duped rathole for revolution, and I will not be a honeypot for trapping lazy, inept, or corrupted police, attorneys, city employees, or appointees and officers of the court!

🙏 Dec. 6th, 2025 Update: By mid-October I had my last appearance at court where of course the final charge was dismissed without prejudice just like they should have never been brought forth in the first place. Such a sick in court that prosecutor said they were “letting me go” after “6 months of good behavior” can you believe that shit?!? I hope he was executed by law. Still need to hire a civil attorney to sue all four parties for negligence and loss of 7 months functioning capability and business advancement. I’m just finally coming out off the physical mental and emotional trauma of what I was subjected to, and made my way to the east coast for holidays with family. More later this year. Still getting shit on, no donations, and still refusing to sign a term sheet until I’m approached by a team that’s not tiny, weak, and headed for hades like 97% of tech investors right now. Out of tent for the 3rd week in a row but still under pressure to move with no funding. Seeking $25,000 grant to fund preliminary Mapmakers showcase/lectures and living expenses for 2026. That will be enough to get ahead, generate fresh live content, and build subscribers and sales. Getting ahead is what’s most important to free up productivity. I’ve haven’t been able to move the whole time I’ve had this fucking boot on my neck the last 4 years. We could have made hundreds of millions for everyone, but instead they made billions, hid in a hole, then died!! Idiots.
